Biography:
Despina Simegiatos created RAVECLiCK.com to educate and keep
people informed about the underground rave culture and scene bubbling
beneath the Five Burroughs. RAVECLiCK.com is comprised of dancers, DJ's,
producers, promoters, and fans of electronic dance music.
The site has attracted over 2,400 members to it's message board and has become a
central hub of the New York rave scene while still retaining a core of friends who
share the same ideals and desire. These communities will strive to keep the rave
scene and it's culture alive and well in big cities across the United States.
Despina Simegiatos is also the Director of the Vicky Simegiatos
Competition Dance Teams in Brooklyn, NY and an Instructor/choreographer
at VSPAC. (www.VSPAC.com ) Despina is a professional dancer who has trained in
Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Flamenco, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, and Musical Theater.
Despina also works as a part time model, where she lands most of her work
in catalogues, runway shows, and commercial print.
Throughout the years she has appeared in numerous magazines and
is a featured catalogue cover model for Body Wrappers
Dance Apparel. Despina has also been in a print and film
commercial for Nike Sports Wear.
Despina has recently been working on producing techno in collaboration with
producer Jose Tejada. Together they produce under the name "85 Ducks".
